Upon satisfactory completion of your probationary period, you will be confirmed in writing of your appointment.
During the probationary period, your employment may be terminated by either party giving two (2) week’s written notice or salary in lieu thereof.
On satisfactory completion of the probationary period, termination of service would be by giving one (1) month’s written notice by either party to the other or salary in lieu thereof.
The benefits currently applicable to you are contained in the Company Work Rule. These are reviewed periodically and are subject to alteration at the Company's discretion.
* You shall at all times observe and obey the Company's regulations and instructions given to you.
* You shall at all times perform the duties assigned to you by the Company diligently and shall not, except with the knowledge and consent of the Company, engage either directly or indirectly in any capacity in any trade, business or occupation other than those of the Company.
* You shall not divulge or disclose to anyone any information or knowledge obtained by you during your employment relating to processes, formula or secrets of the Company. On termination of employment you must return (without keeping any copies) all files or documents related to the business of the Company or its clients.
* Payments received for all professional services rendered by you will belong to the Company. You may, however, retain fees earned for writing articles provided that you undertake the majority of the work outside working hours; that the article is for a recognised and approved publication, and that the contents of the article have been approved by your Director.
* Any inventions or developments made by you during the course of your employment will be the property of the Company. You shall, if requested, help to register them or otherwise secure their protection in the name of the Company.
You will be subject to the Code of Conduct and Business Code, a copy of each is attached. Please read through the contents carefully and ensure that they are fully understood. You are then requested to sign the acknowledgement slip and return them to the Company as evidence of your understanding and acceptance of the above
