“Really?” asked Daniel as he turned away from the computer screen to look at you, “Again?”
“What do you mean again? It’s only about the 5th time!” you replied as you took a sip of your juice before placing the cup back onto the table. Daniel let out a sigh as he grabbed some popcorn, dropping some on your lap in the process. “But Daniel, you can’t say no to Harry Potter. These are your people, your flesh and blood. Your magic brothers and sisters. You-”
“Do you have to give me this speech every time you watch Harry Potter?” he said, still munching on his popcorn. You nodded slighly as you kept your eyes focused on the movie. “Can you stop talking now?” you said with a smile, “I’m trying to watch baby Harry.”
“Talking?” Daniel spluttered as he stole the popcorn bowl from you with a glare, “You’re the one whose been talking!”
“You’re not being Sirius,” you grinned, knowing how terrible your pun was but intrigued to see how Daniel would react. The pair of you had known each other since you were young and so you knew how to push his buttons.
“I can’t be Sirius,” he stated, leaving a small pause before continuing, “He’s dead.”
“DAN!” you exclaimed as you grabbed the pillow behind your back and began hitting him with it, “YOU CAN’T DO THAT TO ME. I’M STILL MOURNING! HOW DID THEY THINK THAT IT WAS ALRIGHT TO MURDER ONE OF THE GREATEST CHARACTERS, IF NOT THE GREATEST!” Each word you said ended in another soft hit for Daniel; the pillow was much too thin to do any actual damage, let alone cause pain.
