Here’s the procedure of internal relocation at TR as following :
1. Find the available seat you want to relocate , make sure that no one use that place by checking with K.First (GGO)
2. For more information ,Please kindly fill in the form as attached including date and time.
3. Get approve from your manager with the reason of relocation then forward it to K. Kankamol (GGO) for asking your approval second time.
4. After you complete all the approval ,Please attached an email with relocation form to Facilities Team (GRPBKK Facilities)
5. For your patching network , if you need some help please note in the email. then we will inform you once it complete.
• Please specific date of relocation and inform us advance a week before movement
• If you need any support from facilities team such as providing you some boxes or coordinate with vendor for help your movement , please inform us or request through the OneView Service Center – JLL will service you immediately .
