Please adjust sensitivity scale to #10 for temporary. I knew it is not good to use maximum range but no way at a moment due to 1 mm of metal spec were normal machine standard.
I had gone to PYV with out their permisdion to chech something on Saturday affternoon. I will summary and let u know finsl solution soon.

The following expression cam from my thought, nothing right nothing wrong.
1. We have to accept that we always have manager cover these 2 persons. Anytime new manager can change something buy they had never change the using of max due to some limitation and feeling of manager. For example, since begining day of my work here, i found Suwan can not order anything in finishing process. The reason came from Silawan and Shark declare in the meeting room that Suwan must not involve production thing in finishing. That make me wonder but some job i order Suwan. Therefore Silawan have to answer if you used to order them.
2. Max are using in all production order sheet and other attached paper for both production and develop. I am just order them how can we do best practice on this process but it must not be anymore. I will check them next week once they also need time to think and improve. Therefore max must be eliminated for the whole finishing area. Not only starch room. Who will prove that max came from either starching or paper or Final? If I were u I can not prove where r max from then i wont kill my member.
3. The final detector SOP immperfect which someone must response for the problem. If u punnish Suwan or Silawan then I suggest u do the same to SOP maker then it can be fair. But i still dont agree to punish on this case even max elimination. The passed manager also involve by power cover them and can not manage it.
I would ask both of Suwan and Wan to promese on there are no more max available in process rather than punish them.
