I totally agree for repairing cost must be born by customer due to modification issue but not transportation cost during dealer & MMTh because dealer is our authorized service center and normally they must be able to repair. If dealer is not skillful then we should fix the root cause by providing them the training or coaching.
As we know, not first time from this dealer and some dealers, they always excused that they don't have electrical technician or skill is not good enough.
By email requested below, this case is quite clear that dealer got internal problem about turnover.
I understand our propose to repair by MMTh is good attention but it's our internal issue to support dealer then the transportation cost should be internal as well.
We also worry if any dealer do not want to do the complicate repairing job then they will just inform and request MMTh to do it and customer will be the most suffered to pay unnecessary expense, from my idea is not fair to customer.
If you would like to treat our customer as your condition then I would rather to make it clear as the guideline or policy for all concerns to acknowledge together.
FYI, Thaithada Dongjumpa and Mitsu Prachinburi always refuse to solve the electrical problem.
For your kind consider and wait& see customer's feedback.
