1. This handbook is developed to secure both the company and the employees’ right
and obligations, to promote healthy development of the company and mutually
beneficial relationship between the company and the employees. The handbook is
developed based on the principles of equality and the current position and situation
of the company.
2. The central idea of the handbook is developed with the company’s interest
prioritized by focusing on continuously developing and strengthening employees’
ideology and political thinking including management and economic skills to nurture
a responsible and disciplined team with vision and moral in order for them to
maximize their potential, enthusiasm and creativity in achieving the company’s and
each individual employees’ goal.
3. No employee will be dismissed for a breach of discipline except in the case of Gross
Misconduct. The employee will be advised of the nature of the complaint against
him/her and will be given the opportunity to state his/her case before any decision
is made. However, employee with outstanding performance and contributions to
the company will award appropriately.
4. All employees must comply with regulations stated in the company handbook. In
addition, employees must follow policies laid out by their specific departments
found in department handbooks.
5. The company therefore reserves the right to amend the regulations to meet any
changing requirement.
