3.7. Quercetin glycosides
Between the two seasons, delayed harvest significantly
(P ≤ 0.05) affected the concentrations of quercetin glycosides
(quercetin 3-galactoside, quercetin 3-arabinoside, quercetin 3-
rutinoside, quercetin 3-rhamnoside and quercetin 3-glucosides) in
the fruit skin harvested from Perth Hills only in 2004 (Fig. 8A and B).
At Perth Hills, highest concentrations of quercetin glycosides were
recorded in the fruit skin at 203 DAFB in both years
