Meanwhile, centripetal force causes the new enterprise to move in, which can promote economic growth and induce
the manufacturing industry agglomeration, so there was
cumulative causation between manufacturing location choice
and economic growth. Therefore, differences in levels of
manufacturing industry can mostly reflect the changes in
regional disparities in China, this paper use Fan Jianyong
(2008) revised data to sort out the industry's contribution to the
total Gini coefficient, and it confirmed the hypothesis of
cumulative causation between manufacturing location choice
and economic growth, see Figure 5.
