The Company recompenses for all rights and benefits as below in case dismissal where any condition in item 3.1 is applied.
(1) Service of period with the Company for more than 120 days but less than 1 year: Recompense for 30 days of latest wage rate.
(2) Service of period with the Company for more than 1 year but less than 3 years: Recompense for 90 days of latest wage rate.
(3) Service of period with the Company for more than 3 years but less than 6 years: Recompense for 180 days of latest wage.
(4) Service of period with the Company for more than 6 years but less than 10 years: Recompense for 240 days of latest wage.
(5) Service of period with the Company for more than 10 years: Recompense for 300 days of latest wage rate.
