According to the Hofstede’s paradigm (2001) shows five dimensions about the United States of America culture. The score of power distance dimension is quiet low approximately forty because the American slogan, which Francias Bellamy said that ‘Liberty and justice for all’ (Bellamy, 1892). Besides, the American culture shows equal rights between the government, the society and the American organisation including the colleges shared information between each other in casual language. In comparison, United States and India is different score. India has a highest score around 77 compare with Thailand and United States because the hierarchy culture in India seems extremely strong. The work system in India depends on the boss direction so the workers have to follow his order. If the workers loyalty to their boss, they will receive the reward to them. On the other hand, Thailand score is quite low if compare between another Asian country. Moreover, the organisation culture seems respect to supervisor and manager especially loyalty to their boss. The conversation language communicated to each other in organisation dramatically formal.
