Customer Issue:
Router is not update DDNS
Customer check and test following the step below
1. Login to the Router check the DDNS status. As show in the attached in previous email is update failed.
2. Login to the dyndns check the update. It is not update too.
3. Reboot the router the DDNS is update and dyndns is update.
From step above mean one i reboot the router the DDNS is update confirming.
Customer test other router it's working fine and automatic update.
Can i advise customer update dd-wrt firmware?
If can update please sent me the firmware and step to configure.
