The following modifications have been made to the TransaxEFT interface in SMS:
• The settlement report will not be printed when performing an automatic settlement after detaching a drawer
• Error messages displayed when a transaction is declined are configurable depending on the TransaxEFT message identifier. A custom message can be specified by setting up a user string based on the TransaxEFT message identifier plus the appropriate EFT identifier (e.g. FS_CANCEL_USER )
• When diagnosing the EFT connection the final message refers to ‘Authorisation Centre’ instead of ‘EFT server’
• The message indicating that the diagnosis of the EFT connection is declined is not displayed.
• In EFT Management functions the positions of the 'Diagnose Pin Pad ' button and 'Diagnose Connection' button have been swapped.
• The EFT system will not be disabled (switching to manual EFT) when an error occurs processing an EFT payment/void
• When an EFT transaction cannot be processed due to an error with the pinpad or TransaxEFT software, the actual error will be logged and not displayed. SMS will display a warning indicating there is a technical problem. The existing softstring INGUKTECHERR will allow for additional information in regard to technical assistance.
