CEO has comment about performance evaluation, head of each department that do the evaluation without the justice. Therefore CEO assign to the high level that responsible of each department considered the score again and do summary performance evaluation of all staff that evaluate send to COO and pass to CEO within 20/5/15, and after that officer that do about increase salary will do document send to high level executive for approval and can pay new salary in this month. If send summary after 20/5/15 new salary maybe will pay in next month
