Responsibilities
Drive new relationships and manage existing relationships with major kids/youth brands and media agencies
Manage ASEAN monetization of all aspects of product offering which includes content partners and owned properties
Deliver sales presentations at an extremely high standard
Work with UK Ad Sales team to deliver global client pitches
Hit and exceed KPI’s as set by Regional Sales Director
Help grow our company’s reputation as a hub for market knowledge and innovation. Communicate the latest trends and behaviors of this audience to the market
Manage the CRM system and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities
Manage existing PR and contra partnerships using research to help business where necessary
Manage and inspire a small sales team based in Bangkok
Qualifications
Experience in a Digital Media or Sales Network company is a MUST
Strong and relevant relationship in the Southeast Asia Media market.
Driven and experience in a target based environment
Provide results and get things done with little or no supervision
Has managed a team and has the ability to lead, excellent leadership skills
Strong interest in startup culture and venture capital environment
Great communication skills and organized
Fluent in Thai and English
