1. Expectancy theory for motivation Expectancy theory suggests that individuals are motivated to perform if they know that their extra performance is recognised and rewarded. How to used with organization : Recruiting a large number of employees, sometimes the employees may not understand the organization enough and cannot perform their duties fully because they do not have clear goals and lack motivation. Therefore, we choose Expectancy theory to motivation as a force. Motivated by we will set reasonable rewards so that employees will trust and think that they have the ability to receive rewards. It is not too difficult for them. And not too difficult to the point of putting pressure on employees to the point of making their work worse. Doing this will make employees more interested and attentive to their duties. Makes work efficiency increase as well.
