Based from payroll & time records review, and it was confirmed by facility management that the facility did announcefor additional traditional holiday on April 17, 2015 so that all employees will have more consecutive holidays during water festival. But all production employee who get paid on daily basis rate did not get paid for stop working on the said date.As the burden and duty of employer according to employment contract, the facility must arrange 6 working days per week in accordance with company regulation, which has been submitted to provincial labor office as required by Labour Protection Act (B.E. 2541 [1998]) Amendment (B.E. 2551 [2008]), Sec. 108.
