Satisfaction with staff benefits
URA provides its staff with a comprehensive package of
benefits. More than 90% of URA staff are satisfied with
the package (see Figure 7 3 9) We achieve this by
annually reviewing the benefits and comparing with
other organisations. An example is the introduction
of the FlexBen scheme in 2006. The scheme provides
staff with greater flexibility and allows them to choose
from a basket of benefits that best meet their needs and preferences (e g personal development, healthy lifestyle,
travel, family, etc.) .
