As you are identified as the primary System Manager on the above mentioned Proactive Care contracts, we’d attempted to contact you on several occasions via phone on (663) 831-6414, however weren’t successful. The purpose of these calls was to inform you about the Proactive Care Central portal, as well as the Proactive Care service pre-requisites which include linking your SAID(s) with an HPE passport ID and enabling RST!

Proactive Care Service Pre-Requisites
Activation (HPE Passport ID creation and linkage of SAIDs with the passport id) and RST enablement are the two pre-requisites for receiving Proactive service deliverables (FW & SW Revision Analysis, Proactive Scan, Incident Reporting).
