About the situation that we cannot deliver as the plan
Heung-A just sent the expense for receiving the delivery order in the late morning today after I followed up to the agent line.
The agent line said that they sent it to me since last Friday (2 Sep.), but I didn't receive it. It might be some error with the internet systems or something else that I lost this mail that makes me misunderstood about the vessel doesn't arrive at the port yet because I didn't receive any update information from the agent line.
and also I waited for the confirmation about Thai Translation that not the same as the old one that was imported from the email as attached photo. and I also didn't receive the mail for confirmation about the right one too.
Together with I took an annual leave yesterday and I didn't tell anyone to keep follow up this shipment.
Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused and this shipment will be deliver to Moririn automotive as fastest not over 2PM
