1 External Vendor Selection Procedure
All externally supplied services / products which are deployed within the CBRE IT
environment must adhere to the following procedure requirements:
· All external vendor service initiatives must be advised to and approved by the IT
Executive Committee
· All externally supplied products / services must be supported by a properly completed
External Vendor Services Selection Checklist which will assist in controlling the selection
process
· All externally supplied products / services must be assigned a CBRE Relationship Owner
· The CBRE Relationship Owner must complete an External Vendor Services Review
Checklist for each externally supplied produc
