am very sorry for my delayed update, After waiting for hours , they told me their investigation team has work on transfer request and they require some items other than the once we have submitted already. they would have giving me the list of requirements but the director in charge of signing it, was not available because of the holiday(UK holiday yesterday).
And they assured me i would get it very early tomorrow morning , and i would send it to both you and Citibank.
Once again , i am very sorry for the late update, i have been working very hard to make security process move faster.
