Based on the troubleshooting (Recovery, graceful shutdown, BIOS message),
the issue could be CMOS battery in the HD220 unit.
Opening the unit will void the warranty normally, but I've checked with our team and got approval to process this.
(only allowed for this case)
Please prepare CMOS battery locall and replace it, then see if the issue still happens.
Please also follow the graceful shutdown again to memorize the proper shutdown.
If the issue still happens, we need to further check the BIOS setting, but you'll need the BIOS password.
In case CMOS battery was already flat, the BIOS setting are also lost.
We are not exposing this BIOS password, but can tell you the password verbally on a call.
If the issue still happens after such CMOS battery change/BIOS setting, then we will need to replace the unit.
