Asso-ciation of Official Analytical Chemists method (AOAC, 1990) wasused to treat nZVI/BC samples and Fe content was analyzed withan inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES, PerkinElmer Plasma 3200).
