1. Incentive Bonus
Policy
The Company has stipulated the policy for the payment of Incentive Bonus with the objective to reward the employee who have co-operated in driving the company’s business under their responsibility to achieve agreed goal.
Eligibility
An employee who is eligible for the Incentive Bonus will have to meet the below qualifications:
1 Being permanent staff who has passed the probation period.
2 Still under the employment of the company and is still working with the company at the time of payment.
3 In the event of any staff being transferred to other company in the same group using the same payment of incentive bonus policy, the working time of such staff is counted continuously and the payment of incentive bonus for the first month will be made under the regulation of the former company if such company agree to pay such incentive bonus to their staff.
4 Staff who already has agreement for the payment of bonus in other form will not be eligible to receive incentive bonus.
5 Staff who received written warning from the company in any month will not be eligible to receive incentive bonus for such month and the original department will have to inform the name of that staff to Human Resources Department.
The year-on-year policy will be issued at the beginning of the year.
