First notice that there was an abnormal condition with the NICE CLS server was from around 11:15. The NICE CLS server was restarted from 12:15 and reportedly back to normal thereafter.
I am told there was no loss of recording but that recording may have resulted in some calls being recorded in “channel mode” by NICE.
We recommend that the Supervisors check their recordings for that period (search by extension numbers) against Space enrollment to re-verify the records are complete.
IT was asked by Audit to dump a NICE Local User List & Administrator Group list screen for their record keeping which, whilst seemingly innocuous, we are attributing to locking up the server resource/processes for some strange reason.
Whilst we were given a suggested work-around to do this by JADS, we will not risk this approach again and perform this after hours if the need arises just to be safe.
