We can assume the following factors against cracking the segment piece.
1. In case thrust the SHOE when there are bumps caused by bad assembly without much attention
2. Strength of the edge of the segment piece might be shortage against the thrust force of Shield Jack
Or segment dimention might be inaccurate
Even though we can assume these factors, such trouble had never occured in Japan.
In Japan, quality of Reinforced Concreate Segment and accuracy of assembly is very high.
Therefore the arrangement of Shield Jack is not related to the segment division.
From above reasons, we designd in the Japanese-Standard this time.
However, we can understand your concern.
Thus we decided to change the arrangement of Shield Jack to prevent the outbreak of any trouble.
To deal with the decline of Thrust Power by decreasing the number of Shield Jack, we improved the Thrust Power of each Shield Jack.
As a result, Total Thrust Power is increased by 7 percent.
So we`d like to ask you to give us the approval as soon as possible.
