As next year we aimed to systematically track and set up cost for Employee Engagement in Nielsen because this year we don’t have the center BU or team who look after that. The issue is we have a lot of activities going on where some activities we might be able to combine and leverage to the entire company and it’s hard to track the budget that has been used for the engagement activities across every functions.
Thus, next year (2015), as I discuss with Suresh. Mar comms team will help support on this issue and will help track the activities and budget for employee engagement/activities across BU. Thus, I’d like your kind help to provide me with the number of cost you think you need for each individual BU for 2015 and activities plan so that I can do the budget plan accordingly.
PS. RMS CS (K.Saranya) has already sent me the planned activities for 2015 and proposed budget.
