Key Accountabilities:-
Assist in managing the effectiveness of Safety, Security, and Occupational Health measures for the airline
Advice and support managers and other employees on all matters related to Safety, Security, and Occupational Health
Verify safety regulations and provide feedbacks to managers to conform with applicable health & safety regulations
Educate other employees on Occupational Health & Safety, and security issues as needed
Gather and analyze statistical data of injury and sickness in the work place
Submit monthly and yearly reporting and ensure that all injuries, accidents, incidents are recorded and filed for further reference
Manage and coordinate Crisis management exercises for Stations & Head Office
Manage and conduct crisis training/briefing – line stations, head office
Qualifications:-
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (สาขาวิชาความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย)
1-3 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
operational knowledge and experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage
Experience in the development and implementation of safety systems.
Experience, knowledge and understanding of Safety Management Principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
Knowledge or experience in Crisis Management and Emergency Response.
Sound computer literacy
Willingness to travel
