The liver is normal size and parenchymal echo without space occupying lesion. Minimal intrahepatic bile duct dilatation in both lobes are seen. The CBD is dilated, about 5.9-6.3 mm. In diameter. The gallbladder is distended with mild thick wall, about 4.5mm. In thickness. Multiple 5 mm. Gallstones and bilesludge are noted. Sonographic Murphy's sign is questionable (generalized mild tenter abdomen) The spleen, pancreas and both kidneya are normal. No sacites or abdominal aortic aneurysm is detected
======== [Conclusion] ========
-Distal CBD obstruction should be considered, but not seen definite cause due to bowle gas.
-Multiple 5 mm. Gallstones and bile sludge with evidence of acute cholecystitis is considered.
-Unremarkable otherwise, however, G.I. Lesion is not excluded.
