This letter is in regards to the internship that you are doing in the sales department of our organization. We have decided to terminate your internship and the termination will be effective from 10th of June 2012.
It has been two months since you have joined our organization as a sales intern. Your job functions were to document the sales records, attend sales training on a regular basis and assist a sales executive while visiting a client.
But there has been negligence from your end in fulfilling the job functions. We found the sales documents updated by you to be inaccurate and incomplete. Above that you don’t turn up at the office regularly.
It is necessary for you to attend all the sessions of sales training but you have missed most of them. We expect an intern to be sincere and hardworking, but you lack sincerity and dedication.
