One possible reason for invalidity of the scale would be due to the low sample size or multiple casual restaurants used in the study. Future research can test the scale on a larger sample, which may then provide further information for the validity of the TANGSERV scale or the need to develop a more valid scale. The study has several limitations. The study used a convenience sample and therefore the results may not be generalizeable despite the fact that the focus of the study was on a model test.
