To work as a part of the channel sales team and manage relationships with 7-Eleven.
Manage sales and revenue growth for 7-Eleven channel across all product categories (Nescafe 3in1, Nescafe Red Cup, Coffee-mate, functional coffee, Milo, Nesvita, Nestea and Nestle Cereal).
Develop sales strategy for 7-Eleven account based on market needs, key account structure, competitive situation and company targets.
To realize and co-ordinate with internal departments and company's network to fulfill customers' need.
Negotiate annual trading terms with 7-Eleven in line with annual business plan targets and budget.
Monitor and maximize performance of key accounts.
Arrange the customer plan in each category and also achieve the company target.
Developing and listing new products in collaboration with 7-Eleven.
Control the budget of each category and maximize utility of budget to create the best of opportunity with Nestle and customers.
Initiate and implement the regular and occasional event with customers.
Ensure brand visibility/display in stores.
