- user call in and mention that this morning able to access Citi Network as usual but around 8.45AM, network signal disconnect.
- ping to this machine, found some request time out.
- remote to user computer to verify the issue.
- rerun Citilogon, then network drives mapped properly.
- advise user to restart machine then recheck, it's working properly.
- escalate to network team to recheck network signal again.
