My name is Wimongkhol Saengsri.
At present, I’ve worked as an engineering & production manager at Crown Bevcan and Closures, Bangpoo Plant which located in Samut Prakarn province close to Bangkok.
Crown is an American company which is a global manufacturer of metal packaging. It is top-three of the world in this field with annual revenue of about 9 billion US dollar.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering from Khon Kaen University in 1999.
Then, I started my first career as an electrical engineer at Oriental Can company. Plant located in Samut Sakhon province close to Bangkok. I worked here for 4 years.
After that my senior classmate asked me to join at Sumitomo Electric Industries. So, I worked at Sumitomo as a site engineer responsible for area of northeastern region, my home region for 3 and half years.
Until 2007, I had plan to marry with my wife who lives in Bangkok, and fortunately, my ex-boss from Oriental Can was looking for a new engineering manager, and he called me. With no doubt, I return back again and worked as an engineering manager at Oriental Can for about 3 and half years.
At that time, I thought about my career growth and planed to study in master’s degree. So, I needed weekend day to join the class, but at Oriental Can, we have to work 6 days a week.
So, in August 2010, I moved to Crown Bevcan and Closures which is my present work. I’ve started working as an engineering manager and since September 2012, I’ve had to manage production department as a production manager as well.
During working at Crown, I’ve studied in master of Public and Private Management at National Institute of Development Administration, so called “NIDA”, and recently completed this class.
I’ve currently worked at crown for about 3 years and 10 months. I’ve done many things here and Crown gave me many valuable lessons. I am proud to be a part of Crown.
