According to the human resources strategies, PTT need to have sufficient managers and employees but even with E-recruitment the time recruiting and selecting cycle is not fast enough to support the business expansion. Therefore, in 2014, PTT has changed the interview method to be panel which make each department can choose applicants at the same time in believing that this will reduce time-consuming. Moreover, PTT has increased the number of public relation about recruiting. The key performance index used for assessing the system is planned recruiting ratio which was 83, 78, and 80 per cent from 2013 to 2015. The previous long-term goal was 100 per cent which has changed to 80-100 per cent for the year 2015 and after (annual report).
