Isolation and Characterization of DAQH (1) and DAQJ
(2) from Strain B026 Fermentation Broth. Strain B026 was
grown in 28 L for 5 days at 21 °C while shaking at 220 rpm.
The extracellular secondary metabolites were absorbed from
the fermentation broth using Amberlite XAD-16 resin, followed
by extraction with acetone and partitioning between water and
ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried under vacuum to
afford 1.1 g of extract.
