We are angry and totally disappointed of the arrangement for the
transportation arrangement on 1 October from Bangkok to Pattaya.
Our flight was delayed from flight TG 603 in the morning to TG 607 at 8:45
which estimate arrival time will be 11pm local time. We had already informed
our agent JBC – Mr. John Lee.
However, there was no one at the Bangkok airport to pick us up. When we
called the emergency call, the representative on your side said she got our
information but there was no driver available at that moment. And she said
she would call us back when only there will be a driver for us. We are
totally waiting for 30 minutes without any call from the local agent.
Therefore we rent a car from another agent.
I can’t believe there will be still SUCH A TERRIBLE, NO-ORGANIZED agent can
exsiting in Bangkok which only made the customer disappointed and angry.
I do believe you need to have some compensation to us in order to keep us as
your customer.
