In last 3 months ago before Jum ‘s pass probation . I ever to share with you about this .
Today , Just update to you know that for all the performance review of our Office and Event manager , She is only one to follow up all payment ‘s cus to be on time . That Why in Thailand “ NO” bad Dept.…. . Since she already joined with us. ( Just need her to helps some correction but it’s at all ) This is the best support finance team .
So in the future I just need finance team to take some task of collection from her . Her jobs ( Thiphawan ) , need helps and support finance team in part of Correction (some ) but it’s not full time like of today . but it’s seem to be , still follow up the correction that some time , she was wrong in her duty principle that it’s not quite good for her . I really need her to focus area development of her jobs and share this task of correction to Finance dep soon.
Anyway , let me discuss more with you in Thailand next month about this case . That you can recheck with K. Jum and Jariya that all correction from our Customer’ payment , she did it only one ( 200 Million baht (H1) ) and do it very well . Because of Jariya ( Ann) don’t have time to do and follow up the correction from customer seem last year . Anyway , She sent compensation plan to me that she achieved her performance of Bad Debt that I think it’s not duplicate in finance part .
And no choice for me , I have to approval her to get some bonus for No bad Debt performance . it’s correct .?
Just update to you . You are doing very well for me and Hope you to understanding us that why I can’t acceptant some time , Something , it’s still take long time . And Hope you solve this problem soonest .
