The Dutch energy company needed to split its business into three separate businesses to satisfy the requirements of the European Energy Policy. As part of this process, EquaTerra supported the transition of part of the human resources(HR) function's activities to an external service provider which was contracted to provide personnel and salary administration work for the three new businesses. We guided the company through the process, from strategy through to service provider selection and governance. A successful transition of service delivery was achieved and significant cost savings are anticipated.
