This has now been rectified, it was a user error, this has now been explained again and should be ok from now..
However if you experience any issued, I suggest in the first instance you ask Aashish if it is on his working week (Sunday to Thursday) and he will be pleased to help you.
I am sure as time goes by you will get used to the processes, however, IT issues regarding PMS Interface should be reported in the normal way via Ticket tool or to Andreas Kavan.
