Key Objective
Assess and manage day to day claim assessment operations task (Cash & Credit, fax claim services) according standard claim process and regulation, coordinate with hospitals to retrieve client’s information.
Services information to clients related to concerned upon clients requested.
Major duties and responsibilities
Operate all claim assessment (cash & credit, fax claim services) according to standard claim processes and client’s regulation
Coordinate with hospital to retrieve all client’s information
Provide information to clients and concerned parties
Support a manager to implement its section duties as requested
Reporting Relationships
Reports to: Senior Manager – Group Insurance Claims
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or above in Nursing
At least 1 – 3 years experience in Nurse or Claim assessor in Life / Non life Insurance business will be an advantage
