Bobby" Cullen Feeling Right at Home
The first game in the Land of Smiles last Saturday for Bobby Cullen, our new half Japanese and half Irish player, was a chance for him to sample the great atmosphere and enjoy the Thai style of play.
"My first league game may not have gone well for the team, but the Thai style of play is really enjoyable to be part of, with the amount of passing. It reminds me of the way that Dutch teams play."
Bobby also mentioned the atmosphere created by the fans, "I love the cheering fans. Suphanblood never stopped singing. Even though I don't understand what they were singing about, it feels great and I loved to hear the fans call out, "Cullen! Cullen!"
The former V V V Vento striker also revealed that he feels proud and honored to be so well received by the fans, which was far better than he expected. "I didn't realise how much attention I would get from the fans. Now I know, I will work hard every day to repay them; every single one of them.
