A planned maintenance on the phoenixNAP customer portal will take place starting on Sunday, June 21 at 11:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). During this maintenance window, we will be transitioning to our new phoenixNAP Client Portal (PNCP), which we are developing to become a one-stop shop for all of your future support ticket, billing, and infrastructure services management needs.
While the release of PNCP is ongoing, the phoenixNAP public cloud admin will be intermittently unavailable. However, no virtual machine downtime is anticipated.
The duration of this maintenance is anticipated to last eight hours or more. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to work toward providing you with the best tools for managing your infrastructure services. Additional details about the new phoenixNAP Client Portal will be provided shortly following the conclusion of this maintenance.
