Here’s recap on the new functionalities within GROW for store visits. Please refer to the attached PowerPoint for a step by step guide on what’s needed.
I understand some of you are preparing the full store visit deck based on the SEA format, this is good practice but optional. Minimally, all store managers should be equipped for the store visit information that can be printed off GROW.
More importantly, the store managers will also interpret the nos provided and provide value added comments for a meaningful store visit.
