2.9. Bioethanol fermentation
This was carried out according to Yu and Zhang [22], where
peptone (10.0 g/L), KH2PO4 (2.0 g/L), and MgSO4.7H2O
(1.0 g/L) were added to the hydrolysate obtained from the
most promising fungal isolates through the solid state fermentation process and then sterilized by autoclaving at 121 C for
20 min.
