- Formulate and implement sales plans and activities in the designated territory to meet sales goals.
- Develop and identify new customers and business opportunities, while maintaining long term and successful partnerships with key customers.
- Execute yearly sales budgeting.
- Work closely with R&D and product. development team to meet the requests from OEM customers.
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers.
- Drive the Sales Team, organize and plan towards expected sales targets.
- Strong managerial skills, motivate, train and develop the sales.
