According to yesterday, HR went to staff home to visit him after he had been discharged from the hospital . He had a big surgery two weeks ago.
HR never have information about this before. We knew it because we contacted staff about other HR matter.
This is just one of many cases and it is not the first time that HR don’t get any information about staff’s grievance.
We would like to ask for your kind cooperation on staff’s grievance management.
Please kindly inform and emphasize to your managers to be aware of this matter.
Also, please tell them to let HR know about staff’s grievance immediately in order for us to go and help staff as soon as possible.
