Most (77.8% , n=56) participants were provided with some form of written information about cancer , most commonly Cancer Council pamphlets on specific forms of cancer and treatment e.g. radiotheraoy , chemotherapy. Of those who were provided with information ,32 (58.2%) felt that it assisted them in making decisions regarding conventional treatment for cancer.
