Responsibilities:-
• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Actively listen, respond to guests needs and react promptly
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc)
• Responsible for online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities
• Develops direct and semi-direct online channels to check and to improve the internet presents of the hotel
Qualifications:-
• Male or female, Thai, 28-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
• Minimum 4 years experienced in sales, marketing and guest relations or related field for villas, apartment, hotel or other real estate
• Creative with a strategic mind and displays leadership in guest hospitality & exemplifies excellent customer service
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills including and internet skills.
