1.4 Workplace Design – They found that collaboration and having fun improves results. Individualized work areas, communal café with networking encouraged in line as well as opportunities to learn and discover have increased productivity and helped in recruiting and retention.
1.5 Managing the Managers – They further found that their employees preferred one-on-one coaching, personalized feedback and interest in the employee personally positively impacted retention and job satisfaction.
